Daniel Henry - Thunder Birds Cry/voice

My name is Daniel Henry and my Indian name is Thunder Birds cry/voice in Nakoda, and I am from Hays Montana

After I graduated, I had no clue what I wanted to do. As summer was coming to an end, I seen that ANC was still accepting students, so I joined the CIS program.

What I like most about ANC, is that the teachers and staff are willing to help beyond what they should. That shows how great each single teacher and staff member are, and the impact that they make on a student.

What I enjoy most about my educational journey so far are the trials and moments where the school work can be overwhelming but then finding motivation in myself to get it done and finish strong

You don't need to know what you want to do in your future as soon as you get out of high school. Just go with the flow of everything and trust in God that you are on the right path, his path.

Ember Phillips

My name is Ember Phillips. I am an enrolled member of the Little Shell Tribe. I graduated from Whitewater and currently live in Malta.

I chose ANC because of the strong reputation of its Nursing Program, which I heard about from nurses who have gone through it. What really drew me in was not just the program itself, but the opportunities ANC offers to help students prepare for their future careers. What sets ANC apart, though, is the people-the supportive staff and instructors who genuinely care about your success and are always there to help you thrive.

I really appreciate the welcoming environment. It's the people at ANC who make the difference-they create a supportive, student-centered atmosphere that makes you feel like you belong.

I enjoy the benefits of attending a smaller school, like having small class sizes and getting to know my instructors personally. Despite being a small school, ANC offers plenty of opportunities to gain hands-on experience in your chosen field through internships and other programs. The supportive community here also makes the educational journey more meaningful because you're surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Don't wait for the "perfect" time to start, because there will probably never be one. ANC truly understands the diverse backgrounds and needs of its students, and the faculty and staff will do everything they can to help you succeed. You just need to be willing to put in the effort-and when you do, you'll find a community ready to support you every step of the way.
